Promised a refund on shipping because the product was never received.Product was "lost in the mail" which apparently isn't their responsibility at all.

Got some sappy letter from the owner about how it's a hard time in her life. Never got the refund. Multiple emails unanswered. They blocked me on Instagram (which I never even left a negative comment on.) So unprofessional.

Says the negative reviews of her business are "fake"...but they sure follow the experience I have had.

She did eventually ship the bows I was promised, so I at least got the product, but never the refund that was also promised.Something is better than nothing, but I would never give them business again.
